Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing time before shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase.

How to Position Your Cell Phone To ensure the best placement of your cell phone on the Phoneboat Slide place your cell phone near the edge of the Slide. If you exceed the outer edge your cell phone may not rest correctly. Following these tips ensures your cell phone is resting properly for great pictures and video taking.

- 2 REASONS FOR RETURNS:
Wrong Item Shipped.
Defective Item.
All items must be returned in a new condition. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
If you were to receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your return or exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $4.99 for return shipping. For orders receiving Free Shipping, up to $4.99 will be deducted from the returned amount.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box/package if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
